Right-Click Computer Services Warranty Program 90 day warranty on Parts and Labor: Right-Click Computer Services will guarantee all parts sold as Used to be free from manufacturer’s defects for ninety days from the date of purchase. Should any part installed by Right-Click Computer Services fail during normal intended use within this warranty period, that part will be replaced at no charge to the customer, to include costs of labor. In the event of a Hard Drive replacement, Right-Click Computer Services will reinstall the customers Operating System and installed programs, provided the customer has the necessary software. Right-Click Computer Services is not responsible for any data-loss resulting from hardware failure or repair. It is the customer’s responsibility to backup important data and to retain software installation disks. 3 year limited warranty: Right-Click Computer Services will guarantee all parts sold as new to be free from manufacturer’s defects for one year from the date of purchase. Should any part installed by Right-Click Computer Services fail during normal intended use within this warranty period, that part will be replaced at no charge to the customer, to include cost of labor. Should any part installed by Right-Click Computer Services fail during normal intended use within three years from the date of purchase, but after one year, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the part, however Right-Click Computer Services will install the part at no cost for labor. Right-Click Computer Services is not responsible for any data loss our clients may experience. In the event of an Operating System Reload, please be sure to provide a list of all programs and files you wish to retain. In many cases, Right-Click Computer Services can provide a backup/restore and data recovery services upon request.
