* With any Monitoring & Service Package on-site service during normal business hours is $39.50 per hour. The regular on-site rate is $79 per hour.
Normal business hours are 10am to 7pm Monday through Friday and 10am to 4 pm on Saturday.Emergency after hour on-site support is full price
and will be billed at the rate of $149.00 per hour.
